  • Cricket bat weights are listed as ranges (e.g. 1150–1200g). Exact weight of each individual bat may vary within the stated range due to natural willow variation.
  • Willow grade and grain counts are assessed at the time of manufacture. Natural characteristics of English willow and Kashmir willow — including minor blemishes, colour variation, and grain irregularity — are not considered defects.
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice. In the event that an ordered Product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

MB Malik UMZ reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any Product at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on mbmalikumz.com are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by Pakistani law.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
  • MB Malik UMZ is not responsible for currency conversion fees, foreign transaction charges, or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.
  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes applicable in their destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

Your order is formally accepted when we dispatch your Products and send you a shipping confirmation email. MB Malik UMZ reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at any stage prior to dispatch for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or stock errors.
  • Inability to verify payment or customer information.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Errors in product description or pricing.
  • Restrictions on shipping to your delivery destination.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

MB Malik UMZ ships to multiple countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier delays, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.
  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which can add additional time to delivery. MB Malik UMZ is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
  • Risk of loss and title for Products passes to you upon dispatch. MB Malik UMZ is not liable for Products lost or damaged in transit once dispatched to the courier.
  • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. MB Malik UMZ is not responsible for non-delivery or misdelivery resulting from an incorrect address.
  • Some destinations may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

MB Malik UMZ does not accept returns for Products that have been used, knocked in, oiled, or modified in any way. Natural willow characteristics are not considered defects.
