MB Malik UMZ ships premium cricket equipment from Sialkot, Pakistan to customers worldwide. This policy covers order processing, shipping rates, order cancellations, and returns. Please read it carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on mbmalikumz.com, you agree to the terms set out below.

PART 1 — SHIPPING

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:

  • Standard orders: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or personalised orders: 5–7 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Pakistani public holidays or weekends: processed on the next available business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Pakistani public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

MB Malik UMZ ships to multiple countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. All rates are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

The table below shows indicative shipping rates by destination. Final costs are confirmed at checkout.

Shipping is charged per shipment, not per item. Ordering multiple products together is the most cost-effective way to shop. For shipments over 7 kg or destinations marked ‘Contact us’, please reach out via WhatsApp or email before placing your order.

For countries not listed, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and get a shipping quote.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch — not the order date. All timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • UAE: 3–5 business days.
  • Gulf States (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar): 4–6 business days.
  • United Kingdom: 5–7 business days.
  • Australia: 6–8 business days.
  • USA: 6–9 business days.
  • Canada: 7–10 business days.
  • South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia: 7–12 business days.
  • India, Bangladesh: 6–8 business days.
  • Europe (excluding UK): 6–9 business days.
  • Other destinations: 8–14 business days or as quoted.

Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, courier delays, or other factors outside our control. MB Malik UMZ is not liable for delays caused by these circumstances.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

MB Malik UMZ ships from Pakistan. International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, and local taxes in the destination country. These charges are entirely the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

  • MB Malik UMZ has no control over customs charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Customs processing may add time to the estimated delivery window.
  • Refusal to pay customs duties or accept a package does not entitle you to a refund of the product price or original shipping cost.

UK customers: Since Brexit, all goods imported from Pakistan are subject to UK customs procedures. Shipments valued above £135 may attract import VAT and duties, payable by the customer on delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

All shipments include full tracking. Your tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at Mbmaliksports35@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your order number.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Once a shipment has been collected by the courier, responsibility for safe delivery passes to the courier. However, we will assist you in the following situations:

  • If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately before opening fully, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and your local collection point first, then contact us within 7 days.
  • Lost shipment claims must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

MB Malik UMZ will liaise with the courier on your behalf. Resolution timelines depend on the courier’s investigation and may take 10–21 business days.

PART 2 — ORDER CANCELLATION

7. Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order placed on mbmalikumz.com within 5 working days of the purchase date, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

  • To initiate a cancellation, email Mbmaliksports35@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Cancellation requests received after the order has been dispatched will not be accepted. Once an order is with the courier, our Returns Policy applies instead.
  • Customised or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

5 working days means Monday to Saturday, excluding Pakistani public holidays, from the date and time your order was placed and payment confirmed.

8. Refund Processing for Cancellations

Once a cancellation request is approved and acknowledged by MB Malik UMZ:

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
  • MB Malik UMZ is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider in processing the refund.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated from our end.

MB Malik UMZ reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these cancellation terms at any time. Customers will be notified of changes through the website.

PART 3 — RETURNS & EXCHANGES

9. Our Returns Policy

MB Malik UMZ stands behind the quality of every product we manufacture. If something is wrong with your order due to our error or a manufacturing fault, we will make it right.

We accept return requests under the following circumstances only:

  • Manufacturing defect or damage: the product has a verifiable fault in materials or workmanship present at the time of dispatch.
  • Wrong item sent: you received a different product, size, or model than what you ordered.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or natural willow characteristics such as grain variation, colour difference, or minor surface marks. These are inherent properties of handcrafted cricket equipment and are not considered defects.

10. Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Your return request is submitted within 7 days of the delivery date confirmed by tracking.
  • The item is unused, unmodified, and in original condition. Cricket bats that have been knocked in, oiled, used in nets or play, or had their grip changed are not eligible.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, labels, and documentation.
  • You have photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item, submitted at the time of the return request.
  • You have received written approval from MB Malik UMZ before shipping the item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the customer’s cost.

11. How to Request a Return

Follow the step-by-step process below to submit a return request:

05ResolutionOnce inspection is complete, we will issue store credit or arrange a replacement as agreed. Store credit is applied to your MB Malik UMZ account within 5 business days of inspection.

12. Return Shipping Costs

Manufacturing Defect or Damage

If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or damage present at dispatch, MB Malik UMZ covers the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your standard economy return shipping cost upon receipt of the item.

Wrong Item Sent

If we sent you the wrong product, MB Malik UMZ covers all return shipping costs and dispatches the correct item at no additional charge.

For international returns, MB Malik UMZ reimburses standard economy shipping only. Express or courier-upgrade costs are at the customer’s expense. Reimbursement is issued as store credit after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

13. Resolutions — Store Credit & Exchanges

MB Malik UMZ does not offer cash refunds on returns. When a return is approved, we offer:

Store Credit

Store credit equal to the full value of the returned item is issued to your MB Malik UMZ account within 5 business days of successful inspection. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

Exchange

If you prefer a direct exchange for the same or equivalent product, we will arrange this once the returned item has been received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Store credit and replacements are only issued after the returned item has been physically received and inspected at our Sialkot facility. We cannot issue credit or dispatch replacements in advance.

14. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Cricket bats that have been knocked in, oiled, used in play, nets, or practice.
  • Cricket bats with replaced or modified grips.
  • Protective gear (pads, gloves, helmets) showing signs of use or wear.
  • Cricket balls used in any form of play or practice.
  • Custom or personalised orders including items with custom embroidery, printing, or modifications.
  • Items returned without prior written approval from MB Malik UMZ.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after the confirmed delivery date.

15. Faulty Items on Arrival

If your item arrives visibly damaged in transit, take these steps immediately:

  • Photograph the outer packaging before opening fully.
  • Photograph the damaged item clearly from multiple angles.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Mbmaliksports35@gmail.com with your order number and photographs.

Transit damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted, as it becomes difficult to distinguish transit damage from damage occurring post-delivery.
